So….. I went to China for a month… and basically stopped working out.
I ate a TON everyday, 3 meals a day, no snacks. BUT… like 3 eat until I’m stuffed and will probably throw up if I take another bite. And I walked A LOT. All day either walking sight seeing sometimes sitting in a bus.
And… I managed to lose 5 lbs by not caring what I ate and just walking a ton. Literally my mantra in China was “eat now, lose weight when I go back to the US”
The past 2 weeks I’ve been recovering from jet lag. My weight has stabilized… so I need to get back on the fitness train.
Getting back into doing YAYOG workouts plus hot yoga 2-3x/week. I haven’t quite come up with a food plan yet though.
