Yeah… fast ended around lunch time. I was hungry. lol.
Oh well. Dinner out tonight was SUPER GOOD. But you know how if you stretch a sore muscle, it hurts? I ate so that my belly is a little extended and its stretching my ab muscles which are already sore and making them even more sore. haha.

Whoo. So in Western Culture this can be a good thing, similar to calorie restriction. Not sure what it is in Chinese culture… going to have to check with the dad on that.
But anyways, might as well try it while I’m young. Technically started this last night at 6:30ish. So it’ll end at 6:30ish tonight, upon which it will be Kobe Burger with fois gras on top time. :D
I regret not taking proper measurements before I started. But based on my guesstimates of where I was.
Week 1:
Weight: 143ish
Bust: 37 (spilling out of a 34D)
Waist: 31
Hip: 37
Week 4:
Weight: 138
Bust: 36.5 (34D is now a little gape-y)
Waist: 29.5
Hip: 36
So overall. 4 weeks. 5lbs, 4 inches. :)
Finishing up my 4th week on Turbofire and I am pumped. I’ve lost about 5ish pounds but I’ve gotten rid of muffin top, there’s definition in my abs, and my legs look BOMB.
I accidentally worked out a ton yesterday. Usually my Thursdays are turbo in the morning, yoga in the afternoon. Yesterday I wanted to study but not fall asleep so I studied while walking on the treadmill. Burned 1600 cal yesterday. CRAZY!
