Weigh in Wednesday
Last week I was down to 139 something. Last Wednesday was 141.9 and today was 142 :( No change. I guess at least it’s not a change upwards either. Weekends are hard for me. I think one of my friends is not great for my eating habits, when I hang around her we end up getting cake/brownies/etc from the coffee shop. I usually don’t bring my wallet to prevent this from happening but...

Haha officially in the 130’s now. Granted it’s 139.8 but hey, I’m not picky. Wooo!!! Haven’t been this weight since senior year of high school so about 5 years ago.

I like the change to aim for 1500 cal instead of 1200. Some days I still eat 1200 because I’m not that hungry, but then on the days when I eat 1800-2000 I don’t feel so guilty...

Yoga was awesome today. I was literally dripping. We were in warrior 3 and my sweat was just dripping off my nose onto the mat drip… drip… drip….

So 2 weeks ago I was super working out and not losing weight.
then last week I ate around 1500-2000 cal a day and worked out less and lost some weight.
And this week I’ve been eating around 1500cal and working out moderate amount and the weight looks like it’s falling off. 140.9 today!
Everything in moderation is best.

We had exams today. Usually I get really stressed out and eat a TON. But not today. I brought food with me to school so I wouldn’t buy any cafeteria food and then I only ate if I felt that grumble in my stomach. That was pretty much every 2-3 hours.
Went to yoga and then ran afterwards. I’m getting much better at holding plank. YAY!
Overall great day.

Change in Plans
I think I went a little too hard core in the beginning. Running every day sucks especially when I’m also doing yoga and aerobics. Definitely not maintainable in medical school. So I’m going to cut back to my yoga 2x a week preceded by running Monday and Thursday, aerobics on Tuesdays (it’s really more circuit training like), and then running on Saturdays.

Since the scale is SUPER not being my friend and there are so many fluctuations with water, not pooping, etc. I was thinking instead of tracking my progress in measurements. That’s what tells you what clothes you fit into anyways.
So here goes.

BOOO stupid scale. I think I’m gonna start weighing in every 2 days instead of once a week, that way this number doesn’t bother me for the entire week.
I did eat more last week though, like 1500-1900 a day instead of 1200. But I worked out more too, at higher intensity.
Oh well, I can definitely feel my arms getting stronger and my endurance is...

So I’ve been eating really healthy and working out.
Today, I took my friend to eat calamari since she recently became not vegetarian and had never tried it… my body does not like me. I feel all gross and oily and regret eating it.
It was REALLY good when I was eating it and I don’t even feel guilty about the calories since we split a basket and it was my one treat this week....
