Today was just a really long day. I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, partly b/c the rain was loud and partly I thin b/c I started taking OEP again. So I’ve been awake for an insane amount of time. And considering, my intake was really good. Usually on days I’m tired I’ll eat like 4 breakfasts and 2 lunches and like 3 dinners and probably go to 4000 cal. So today was good. I feel super bloated though and I look super bloated too…. so I’m just going to avoid weighing myself until after my period.

Day 1!

Didn’t have time to eat much today. Really busy day. 

Yoga was really hard today, we did a lot of holding poses working on form so after class I was twitching and shaking just standing there, it was AWESOME.

Tomorrow: Going to do turbofire in the morning and then all day I just have to control eating. It will be a good day.

Back from thanksgiving with the bf which was AWESOME. We went and ate at a lot of different places. I took him to eat pho and dim sum for the 1st time and he really liked both. I also found these sugar roasted chestnuts that I haven’t had since I was 4.

Anyways, now that I’m back at school, back to dieting :)

So making sure I exercise everyday and trying to stay at about 1,200 calories everyday.

Update

So even with not exercising for over a month here are my stats.

Highest weight: 155 (Dec 2010)

Current weight: 142.3 (whoop whoop)

GW1: 135 by Dec. 30 (I want to win that bet and get my $150)

UGW: 120-125 probs… I think any lower and I would lose the boobies. 

Things I would like to change about my body: 

- more definition in the arms

- less fat on stomach —> more definition on stomach

- Less back fat. that stuff is not cute. 

Things I like about my body

- legs are awesome… all the time. Even at my heaviest I had major definition in the legs

- boobs are pretty big and not saggy YAY

- I don’t get under eye circles

I wish I was back in the US. Then working out would be more fun. I could be dancing, rock climbing, taking classes.

Here the only class is yoga, which I love. But I miss the other stuff.

Getting back into the groove of things. Last month, school was uber stressful. The only exercise I did was yoga twice a week and I ate ramen ALL THE TIME. 

This month school is calming down, so I’ll have more time to work out and stuff.

Bf and I made a bet. Whoever loses has to pay the winner $150. For me to win, I have to get down to 135. For him to win, he has to get a countable 6 pack.
