Today was just a really long day. I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, partly b/c the rain was loud and partly I thin b/c I started taking OEP again. So I’ve been awake for an insane amount of time. And considering, my intake was really good. Usually on days I’m tired I’ll eat like 4 breakfasts and 2 lunches and like 3 dinners and probably go to 4000 cal. So today was good. I feel super bloated though and I look super bloated too…. so I’m just going to avoid weighing myself until after my period.
Back from thanksgiving with the bf which was AWESOME. We went and ate at a lot of different places. I took him to eat pho and dim sum for the 1st time and he really liked both. I also found these sugar roasted chestnuts that I haven’t had since I was 4.
Anyways, now that I’m back at school, back to dieting :)
So making sure I exercise everyday and trying to stay at about 1,200 calories everyday.
