I injured my ankle/foot this weekend. There’s a tendon behind my medial malleolus that I think is the culprit. But basically it hurts to walk and stand. It stupid how because of this injury I can’t go to the gym (no car, need to walk a mile to get to gym) and it’s made me really appreciate my body.
